Amy Toscano
Hsueh-Lin (“Amy”) Toscano is a California State-certified and Nationally (NCCAOM) Certified Acupuncturist, specializing in the art of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). A mother of two, she was inspired to study Eastern medicine following her experiences with pregnancy and overcoming long-standing health issues that had no successful treatment under Western medicine.
Amy graduated summa cum laude from Emperor’s College of Oriental Medicine, formerly located in Santa Monica, California and ranked the #1 TCM school in California and #2 in the nation. Amy also completed a prestigious externship at the Disney Family Cancer Center for patients battling with advanced stages of cancer. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Yo San University and a post-graduate externship at the West Los Angeles V.A. Center.
In addition to her private practice, Amy is also a technical supervisor at Emperor’s College Community Acupuncture Clinic.

Prior to studying Eastern medicine, Amy was a prize-winning classical concert pianist. She has traveled and performed internationally, including in Taiwan, Japan, Italy, Spain and the United States. Career highlights include her gold-medal winning performance at the 2002 Chopin Taipei International Piano Competition, as well as performances with the National Symphony Orchestra of Taiwan (NSO) and others. Her performances have been broadcast in Taiwan, both on TV and radio.
Madeline Wang
Madeline Wang is a California State Board certified and Nationally (NCCAOM) Certified acupuncturist. She received her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Emperor’s College where she graduated summa cum laude. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Yo San University focusing her research on the effects of acupuncture to treat knee injuries. Madeline also works as a technical supervisor at Emperor’s College Community Acupuncture Clinic and is completing an externship at the West Los Angeles V.A. Center.
Prior to pursuing a career in TCM, Madeline worked as an emergency medical technician for the University of Southern California and as a medical assistant for a family medicine physician. She was actively involved in volunteer work and research for the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, as well as providing medical care to communities in the Dominican Republic.
Madeline is also a licensed and certified phlebotomist in California.
